Quick and Easy Mixed Green Salad 


Hello, welcome back or to my food blog! My name is Jolly and today I will be introducing to you my delicious salad recipe. Not only is this incredibly healthy, but easy too. So, follow along with me as I show you how to make the best Quick and Easy Mixed Green Salad!

Recipe

Yield: 1 serving  
Time: 5 minutes
Diet: Vegan, Gluten Free 

Ingredients:
1 cup mixed greens of your choice (packed)
1 small Fuji Apple 
6 cherry tomatoes 
1 mini red bell pepper
My Sweet and Sour White Wine Vinaigrette:

Cooking Tools:
Cutting Board 
Knife 
Eating Bowl
1 cup 
(Fork used to eat)

Instructions:
First, I washed the greens. Then I patted them dry. After, I put the greens into my eating bowl. 

Next, I get out my cutting board and knife and cut my apple into slices, cherry tomatoes into halves, and my mini bell pepper into slices. Then I put those into my eating bowl.

Finally, I poured My Sweet and Sour White Wine Vinaigrette on top of the salad and mixed it all together, which you can find on my blog or by clicking on the link here: https://jollyeats.blogspot.com/2021/05/sweet-and-sour-white-wine-vinaigrette.html

Notes:
1. Please be careful when using the knife to chop the vegetables. 

2. You can always substitute any of the fruits and vegetables in this recipe for others that you prefer. Or you can add more fruits and vegetables than I recommended in the ingredients section.
