Recipe

Yield: 6 servings
Time: 45 minutes
Diet: Gluten Free, Vegan

Ingredients:
1 cup of oat flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1/4 cup of almond milk
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1/4 cup of melted chocolate chips
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
(Optional): Chocolate chips for sprinkling on top of the brownie

Baking Tools:
Blender
1 bowl
1 cup
1/4 cup
1 tbsp
Whisk
Spatula
Container you can use to melt the chocolate
Parchment paper
Baking Spray
7x4 inch glass baking pan

Instructions:
First, preheat your oven to 350°. In a blender add in your oats, which after blending them will turn into oat flour. Also, add in the cocoa powder and blend until well combined. Then pour the blended ingredients out into a bowl and add in the maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, and melted chocolate chips. Once that is combined, fold in your chocolate chips.

Next, cut out parchment paper to fit the glass pan. Then, grease the glass baking pan by spraying the baking spray of your choice onto the parchment paper. Using your spatula pour out the mixture onto the greased parchment paper. (Optional) Sprinkle chocolate chips onto the top of the mixture.

Finally, place the brownies into the oven for 32 minutes. Once the time is up, take them out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Enjoy this healthy treat :)

Notes:
1. You can use any type of baking spray. I chose to use coconut oil baking spray for this recipe.

2. The amount of time it takes to blend your oats and cocoa powder will differ from mine depending on the speed and quality of your blender. Mine took about 1 minute to fully blend/combine.
