Recipe

Yield: 5 servings
Time: 45 minutes
Diet: Gluten Free, Vegan

Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 tablespoon coconut oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/8 cups of almond milk
1 1/2 cups of oat flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Baking spray

Baking Tools:
2 bowls
Whisk
Blender
7x4 inch glass baking pan
Parchment paper
1 cup
1/2 cup
Tablespoon
Teaspoon
Spatula
Scissors
Paper towel

Instructions:

First, preheat your oven to 350°. While the oven is preheating blend your oats in a blender to create your oat flour. Once that is complete, combine your dry ingredients: oat flour, cinnamon, and baking soda. In a separate bowl mash your bananas and then combine them with the rest of your wet ingredients: coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond milk.

Next, add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Third, place your glass pan on top of parchment paper and trace out the bottom of the pan. Then use scissors to cut out the outline and place on the glass pan. Spray the parchment paper with baking spray and use a paper towel to distribute the spray around the sides of the glass pan. Then use a spatula to pour out the batter onto the glass pan. Make sure the batter is well distributed.

Then, place into the oven at 350° for 30 minutes.

Once the time is up, take the banana bread out of the oven. Let is cool for 5 minutes and then it's ready to serve.

Enjoy! :)

Notes:

1. It takes me about 1 minute to blend my oats, but the time will differ depending on the strength and blades of your blender.

2. You can replace the coconut oil with regular butter, however by doing so it will no longer be vegan and it will become less healthy.

3. You can replace the almond milk with regular milk, however by doing so it will no longer be vegan and it will become less healthy.
