Not only is this a perfect way to get your breakfast, lunch, snack, or dessert in, but it's perfectly filling. Recipe
Yield: 1 serving
Time: 5 minutes
Diet: Vegan, Gluten Free
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 cup of dragon fruit
2 handfuls of spinach
1/4 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of granola
1-2 tablespoons of honey
Cooking Tools:
Blender
Cup
Spoon
Instructions:
First, gather all your ingredients and get them ready to put into the blender.
Next, put the banana, spinach, dragon fruit, and almond milk into the blender and blend.
Lastly, once your smoothie is thick and creamy, stop blending and pour into a cup. Then top with granola and honey.
Now it's ready to eat! :)
Notes:
1. Depending on what type of blender you have is how long it will take you to blend this. Mine took about 3-4 minutes.
2. You can also use a bowl to eat the smoothie from, I just chose a cup because that's what I prefer for this.
3. You can use any type of milk, I just chose almond milk for this.
