Recipe
Yield: 6 servings
Time: 15 minutes
Diet: Gluten Free, Vegan
1/2 cup of rice
1 cup of water
6 servings pack of seaweed
2 mini red bell peppers
1 mini cucumber
1 large/long carrot
Cooking Tools:
Rice cooker
Knife
Cutting board
Plate for eating
Utensil for applying rice on seaweed
Instructions:
First, add your rice and water into your rice cooker.
While that cooks, put all of your vegetables onto a cutting board. Then, cut them into strips similar to the way I cut them in the example photo above.
Finally, when the rice is finished cooking put it on your plate, along with your cut up vegetables and seaweed.
How to Eat:
Apply the rice onto the seaweed and then place your vegetables on top. You can either try rolling it up or eating it face open.
I hope you enjoy :)
Notes:
1. Any type of rice works for this recipe. I used white rice.
2. Any utensil works for applying the rice. I used a spoon.
3. It took 12 minutes for my rice to cook, however the time it takes to cook will fluctuate depending on your rice cooker or the way you choose to cook your rice.
